This website is a 100% non political site that is open for everybody selling a PAP tested bull to list their PAP elevation and exposure time. Nowhere on this site will it implicate anything that may be political. Just simply the elevation and the exposure time and then the high elevation rancher can make their own assessments. It will be simple. Every vet PAP testing writes down the date, location, elevation of the PAP on the PAP Evaluation Report. Then we just need a trucking receipt or some proof as to the date the bulls got to the location. This info will give us the start date and end date, or the exposure time in days along with the elevation. Take a picture of the 2 documents on their cell phone and send it to the coordinator of this site. It's about a 30 second simple procedure. It will then get attached to the website for anyone to look at. If you click on the PAP Elevation, or exposure segment, it will show the PAP Evaluation Report and a document proving exposure time. This will show complete transparency for all people selling PAP tested bulls.
BULL BUYERS: This site will be a simple way for you to find PAP tested bulls that can work for you. Since it is a completely non-political site, it will not have any educational material. There are many places to find information on High Elevation Brisket Disease and PAP Testing in bovine, especially on the internet. It will be your responsibility to educate yourself about the elevation and exposure time at the elevation, pertinent for your ranch! It will also be your responsibility to put pressure on producers selling bulls to get their PAP info on this site.
PRODUCERS SELLING PAP TESTED BULLS: All producers selling PAP tested bulls are welcome, and encouraged to join this site. It will prove your transparency and give you free advertisement. Simply go to the join section and either email, or text your information. If you have any questions you can call or send a message to the site coordinator, who is a non-political graphic designer and does not own a cow. Shortly after March 2, 2019 every producer selling 100 or more PAP tested bulls will be sent a personal invitation to join this site. At that time we will also contact as many producers selling less than 100 bulls as possible. All are welcome. It will be a first come first serve as per the order your name appears on the list. You must send the PAP Evaluation Report, as well as some kind of proof of the day bulls got to the elevation of the PAP test. You can have your name linked to your website for a $20/year fee. We encourage the producers to prove their integrity by making their PAP testing information public.
